Challenge
An operator running marketing for multiple businesses was paying for fragmented tools — separate email, SMS, social schedulers, ad managers, and AI subscriptions — without a unified contact database or attribution. The mandate: own the brain, rent the pipes. Build one in-house platform where every visitor across every workspace feels they are interacting with a local service.

Built workspace, contact, segment, and event log as the foundation, with encryption keys and consent rolled in from phase 0.

Shipped a smart contact import pipeline with fuzzy header matching and a rule-based segment builder with live count.

Integrated Resend for email with templated send pipeline, open/click tracking, unsubscribe, and CASL-grade consent logging.

Wired both Twilio and MessageBird as swappable SMS adapters; same for FB+IG via Meta Graph, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Google Business, and Threads.

Built the AI router across Groq, OpenRouter, and Mistral with cost guardrails and per-workspace usage tracking.

Delivered an SEO module with schema generation, sitemap automation, PageSpeed, and DataForSEO integration.

Localized fully to Arabic — RTL, font, messages, and per-language email variants.
Outcome
Every channel runs on free tiers where free is real, and on per-message rates only where the carrier cost is genuinely unavoidable. Multi-workspace switching lets one operator run several distinct business identities from a single admin without data crossover.
