Challenge

Wealth advisors want to lead deeper conversations than "what is your number," but the tooling forces them back into spreadsheets and pitch decks. The brief: build a multi-tenant advisor platform that distributes life-stage assessments without making clients create accounts, returns dimension scoring an advisor can sit beside a client and read together, and gives the firm a defensible methodology layer (Wealth PRISM™) on top of whichever planning tools the advisor already uses.

Approach

    Designed a multi-tenant advisor portal with advisor-code authentication so each firm operates inside its own scope without standing up a separate deployment.

    Built five life-stage assessment variants (The Architect, High Momentum, The Rebalancer, Chapter Next, The Steward) plus a Founders & Families multi-stakeholder track — each with its own question bank and scoring weights mapped to the five PRISM dimensions.

    Shipped a personalized-invitation system: advisors generate a single link, clients respond without creating an account, results return to the advisor dashboard within seconds.

  4. 04

    Implemented dimension scoring with Strong (70%+) vs. Developing categorization and radar-chart visualizations rendered server-side for the advisor's printable client report.

  5. 05

    Layered a Professional Playbook on top — conversation frameworks, email templates, and life-event trigger guides — gated as a premium tier for working advisors.

Outcome

Advisors now run client onboarding and review meetings around the PRISM dashboard rather than a generic risk-tolerance questionnaire. The platform separates the methodology (which the firm owns) from the distribution mechanics (which the platform handles), so the firm's IP compounds with every client engagement instead of being trapped inside one advisor's head.
